VCTR Performance Audi S4/S5 B9 Charge Pipe Upgrade
The factory charge pipes on the B9 S4/S5 EA839 3.0T handle stock boost pressures adequately, but the rubber and plastic components are not built for sustained pressure cycling on tuned applications. This aluminium charge pipe kit replaces the factory pipework with a more reliable, cleanly routed alternative.
Manufactured from 6061 aluminium with black anodised finish, this kit replaces both charge pipes in the EA839 boost circuit. Silicone joiners and all required hardware are included for a complete installation.
Factory rubber and plastic charge piping is built to a cost target, not a boost target — it's the first thing to flex or leak once pressure climbs past stock. Aluminium charge pipes on both sides of the EA839's V6 are the unglamorous insurance policy that keeps the rest of a tuned build actually reliable.
