The B58 Gen2 factory intake manifold limits airflow at higher power levels and uses plastic end tanks that are vulnerable to pressure under elevated boost. This CNC billet aluminium manifold replaces the factory unit with improved end tanks and better flow geometry for high-output B58 Gen2 builds.
CNC billet end tanks replace the factory plastic units — a known weakness on heavily tuned B58 builds. The manifold supports improved airflow and is compatible with both standard and 48V mild hybrid B58 Gen2 configurations.
The factory B58 Gen2 manifold's plastic end tanks are a known weak point once boost climbs — they're the part that lets go first under sustained pressure, not the cooler core itself. Billet aluminium fixes the actual failure point rather than working around it.
