The factory S55 charge pipes handle OEM boost delivery, but are not designed for the sustained pressure and heat cycling of tuned applications. This aluminium charge pipe kit replaces the factory pipework with a more durable alternative — providing a reliable boost path on both standard and tuned S55 builds.
Manufactured from 6061 aluminium with a flat black finish. The kit covers the primary charge circuit between the turbochargers and intercooler, with silicone joiners and all required hardware included.
Factory charge piping is built to a cost target, not a boost target — it's the first thing to flex or fail once pressure climbs past stock. Aluminium charge pipes are the unglamorous insurance policy that keeps the rest of a tuned S55 build actually reliable, finished flat black so it disappears into the engine bay rather than fighting it.
