This 15-row B58 Gen2 intake manifold upgrade replaces the factory charge-air cooler manifold with a higher-capacity unit and CNC billet aluminium end tanks. Fifteen cooling rows versus the factory configuration for improved charge cooling capacity on demanding B58 Gen2 builds.
The 15-row core provides greater heat exchange surface area than the factory manifold, reducing charge air temperature more effectively under sustained boost. CNC billet end tanks eliminate the pressure failure risk of the OEM plastic units.
The factory B58 Gen2 manifold's plastic end tanks are a known weak point once boost climbs — they're the part that lets go first under sustained pressure, not the cooler core itself. Billet aluminium end tanks fix the actual failure point, with fifteen rows of cooling to back it up.
