This equal length mid pipe replaces the factory G8X S58 mid section with a resonated design that improves exhaust character without excessive drone. Equal length tube sizing from both S58 turbo banks supports even exhaust scavenging and a more consistent exhaust note.
Equal length SS304 stainless steel construction with integrated resonator. Designed for G8X S58 applications carrying the factory OPF downpipe.
The factory mid pipe combines both turbo banks asymmetrically — easy to package, not ideal for even scavenging. Matching tube length from both sides is a motorsport-derived detail, and the integrated resonator means the improved note doesn't come with the drone that usually follows a straight-through design.
